House rules

Dear guests,

In order to ensure you a pleasant stay and prevent any misunderstandings, please familiarize yourself with the house rules. When checked in, it is considered that you are familiar and agree with house rules and instructions stated below.

We are kindly asking you to respect the following:

  • During check-in all guests will have to complete GDPR form with personal details necessary to report guest in official eVisitor web based platform. Children under the age of 18 data should be reported on same form by their parent or legal guardian. Host is allowed to accommodate only registered guests.
  • One-day accommodation at the accommodation includes your stay from 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival until 09:00 AM of the following day. If you would like to prolong your stay, please refer to the host.
  • Please keep personal belongings and valuables in a safe-deposit box in your room. The owner is not to be held accountable or responsible for eventual loss.
  • Pets are allowed, however, an additional 85 € fee per booking period will be charged for cleaning.
  • Smoking inside the accommodation is not allowed.
  • Inflammable and explosive objects, materials with a strong or unpleasant smell, acid materials and any electric appliances are not allowed to use in the apartment.
  • We kindly ask you to keep your apartment keys with you during your stay and return it to the owner upon check-out. For your convenience, key safe with code is fitted on entrance doors.
  • Please use the energy rationally (switch off the light and other electric devices, air-conditioner, close water taps, etc. when outside).
  • Apartment accessories (except the beach towel and sea toys) are not allowed to be taken out of the accommodation.
  • Damage deposit of 300 € will be taken upon arrival and returned upon departure. On the day of departure, the guest is obliged to allow the owner to review the apartment and home appliances to prove that damage has not been made. The guest who causes damage to the property is responsible for re-instating, repairing or covering for the damage.
  • It is not allowed to have additional persons sleeping overnight or residing in apartments and relaxation areas. Time from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM is considered as the period of night rest, so we kindly ask you not to disturb other guests by creating excessive noise.
  • In the event of fire, the evacuation map can be found in the instructions in continuation of these instructions. If you notice fire or any other hazard, owner should be notified immediately as well as emergency service (112). 2 liter foam portable fire-extinguisher is placed on a first floor.
  • Please inform the owner about any eventual technical deficiencies, failures, and damage in the apartment.
  • During your stay at the apartment, the owner is at your full disposal for all information and assistance you may require.
  • SUP, sea kayak and flotation toys use is on your own responsibility. Utilise flotation devices and do not use in severe weather/wind conditions or move away from coastline. Do not board non-swimmers or children without flotation devices. In case of required sea help – dial 112 or 195 (Maritime Rescue Coordination Center).

Non-compliance with these house rule might lead to unwanted events, injuries or cancellation of your stay and/or additional cost. Therefore, please read, get familiar and let us know should you have any further questions or clarifications needed.

Additional info

INTERNET

Private wifi network is provided by satellite carrier enabling high speed unlimited internet. Starlink is installed due to very poor 4G/5G mobile network during summer season on location. Network ID and password are provided in your apartment. It is prohibited to distribute network access to other persons or parties or use network for any kind of illegal or commercial activities.

SWIMMING POOL

Please follow instructions indicated on SWIMMING POOL RULES sign plate hanging next to solar shower. Pool is treated by hydrolysis and performs automatically, it is chlorine free, high-quality water with heat/chill pump. In case of any further questions or requirements, please contact the host.

It is strictly prohibited to enter pool machinery room or tamper with heat pump or pool machinery.

SAFETY

  • Pool safety is essential.
  • Solar shower can be very hot, use with mixed cold/hot water and ALWAYS test water with hand from safe distance before exposing the body.
  • Open fire – BBQ is allowed only inside outdoor grill areas.
  • Mind use of gas stove inside during cooking and use only reduced to minimum gas flow at all times and keep the napa/ventilation with carbon filters on.
  • It is recommended to close gas on bottle valve (clockwise rotation for closing) after use.
  • Fire extinguisher (2 Liter foam) is located on lower terrace and two First Aid kits, one for each apartment are available.
  • Emergency phone number is 112
  • Maritime Search and Rescue Center phone number is 195
  • SUP, sea kayak is used on your own responsibility and only for swimmers. Do not use in severe/windy weather or part away from coastline.

SECURITY

  • For your safety, Villa MyWay outdoor perimeter is monitored by CCTV system active at all times. No cameras indoor.
  • Indoor alarm system is equipped with magnetic and motion sensors. In case of activation, outside loud audible alarm will be sounded, and message will be sent to the host mobile.
  • Alarm controller can be provided on request, otherwise, system is not active.
  • Garage doors are remote operated, mind children in case of use.
  • Smoke/CO detection will trigger alarm even if not activated.
  • Gas detector (provided) should be connected in lower plug
  • Croatia is considered to be one of the safest countries in the world. This geographical area is considered safer part of the country and is considered very safe during both day and night.
  • It is recommended to keep your valuables in a provided safe box. For any clarification needed, please contact the host.

GDPR

All data collected is used only for guest reporting in eVisitor official government web platform. We do not copy or make pictures of guests’ documents unless guest provides clear consent for easier and faster processing with eVisitor. Parents or legal guardians should provide info for children under the age of 18.
Guest is responsible for provision of true and correct data for eVisitor reporting.
